Bubble Bobble - Game Complete Sequence - Single Player A unique feature of Bubble Bobble is that in one player mode the player cannot get the full end game sequence in either Normal or Super Mode. Defeating Super Drunk on level 100 brings up the following sequence.
At the start of the game sequence Bub is shown with his girlfriend, but Bob's girl is shown still captured in a bubble - obviously without Bub present there's no-one to rescue her. The player is told 'Never Forget Your Friend!' - and the only way to receive the game complete sequence is to defeat Super Drunk with both players active. The player is then warped back either 15 or 30 levels to complete the game again - hopefully with a friend next time. In Normal Mode the player is returned to level 85, in Super Mode the player is returned to level 70. |
