	A bubbled Zen-Chan. Pop to kill the monster trapped inside.
	A bubbled Mighta. Pop to kill the monster trapped inside.
	A bubbled Monsta. Pop to kill the monster trapped inside.
	A bubbled Pulpul. Pop to kill the monster trapped inside.
	A bubbled Banebou. Pop to kill the monster trapped inside.
	A bubbled Hidegons. Pop to kill the monster trapped inside.
	A bubbled Drunk. Pop to kill the monster trapped inside.
	A bubbled Invader. Pop to kill the monster trapped inside.
	A water bubble. Pop to release a flow of water that will kill any monster it touches.
	A lightning bubble. Pop to release a horizontally moving bolt that will kill any monster it touches.
	A fire bubble. Pop to release a flame that will set fire to the floor where it lands, killing any monster that runs into it.
	There's a 1 in 4096 chance that any bubble drifting onto the screen will be this fireball bubble. Popping the bubble gives the player 100000 points, and the player can blow 16 fireballs for the next 5 rounds.
	First letter of the extend bonus - E - pop to collect.
	Second letter of the extend bonus - X - pop to collect.
	Third letter of the extend bonus - T - pop to collect.
	Fourth letter of the extend bonus - E - pop to collect.
	Fifth letter of the extend bonus - N - pop to collect.
	Final letter of the extend bonus - D - pop to collect.

Collecting all 6 extend bubbles immediately ends the current round. The player is teleported to the EXTEND screen where the player is awarded an extra life before returning to the next round.

As with nearly everything in Bubble Bobble the creation of extend letters is not random, but instead decided upon by the number of bubbled monsters popped together. If the monsters are popped on a level with openings that the extend bubbles can enter the through they will appear on that level, if not they'll appear on the next level with openings.

Note that whilst this procedure does mean that when more than one bubble is created on a level they will be different, there is no weighting to make these bubbles different to the bubbles that you have already collected. So for example, if you have all the letters collected except for the X it does not mean that the next letter will be that X.
